This notice covers the EventusOS marketing site at eventusos.com. The platform itself (the branded guest apps and operator dashboard we deliver to our customers) is governed by the privacy notice in those products and the data-processing agreement signed with each customer.

What we collect on this site

If you fill in a contact form or book a demo, we collect the name, work email, company, and any notes you provide, so we can respond. Cloudflare logs request-level metadata (IP, user agent, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention. If Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled, it records anonymous, cookieless visit data, no individuals are tracked across sites.

What we do with it

We use contact details to reply to your inquiry and, if relevant, to schedule a demo. We do not sell personal data, and we do not buy email lists. We will not add you to a marketing newsletter unless you explicitly opt in.

Cookies & tracking

This site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; request metadata is governed by Google's policies. We do not run third-party ad pixels on this domain.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you by emailing privacy@eventusos.com. We respond within 30 days.
